Eligibility Requirements
Additional Eligibility Conditions:
- Must be studying in an institution in West Bengal.
- Must have passed the applicable qualifying examination from a Board, Council or University of West Bengal.
- Must meet the applicable marks criteria (50% to <60% for HS/UG; 50% to <53% for PG).
- Must not be receiving another Government or Non-Government scholarship/stipend for the same course or stage of study.
- An applicant is eligible for registration once in a period of 365 days.

Open the official Chief Minister's Relief Fund portal (cmrf.wb.gov.in) and select Financial Assistance for Education.

Enter student details as per Class 10 admit card, guardian name, age, Class 10 roll number & year, full address, mobile number, and active bank account details.
Visit PortalUpload Required PDF Documents
Upload all required documents in PDF format (each file under 500 KB) including signed prayer letter, MLA/MP recommendation, income certificate, self-declaration, marksheets, admit card, bank passbook, and admission receipt.
Review & Submit Application
Review all entered details carefully and successfully submit the application online within 90 days of registration.
