The Assistant Director of Agriculture (ADA) verifies land records and eligibility, issuing an official Purchase Sanction Order.
Procure the certified machine from the approved dealer and submit original tax invoice, engine/chassis number, and warranty card to the ADA office.
Agricultural field officer conducts physical inspection and geo-tagging of the machine. The approved subsidy is credited directly to the farmer’s bank account.
Following submission, your application and submitted documents are verified by the designated block or department officials. Processing typically completes within 15 to 30 working days.
