3. Step-by-Step Application Process

Obtain Application Form

Collect the prescribed Jai Bangla form from the local DIC office, MSME&T office, BDO office, BSK, or Duare Sarkar camp.

Complete Craft & Bank Details

Fill in applicant name, age, craft/handloom details, address, and bank account details accurately.

Attach Required Documents

Attach age proof, artisan/weaver card, identity proof, residence proof, bank passbook copy, and photographs.

Submit to Designated Local Office

Submit the application form and enclosures to the District Industries Centre (DIC) or local BDO office.

Verification, Sanction & DBT Enrollment

MSME&T and local authorities verify documents; upon approval, monthly pension of ₹1,000 begins via DBT under Jai Bangla.
